“lovely place to stay”
Clean room, comfortable shower, owner friendly, nice breakfrast,...so everything was excellent. There is no 24 hour front desk or anything, but the owner lives there as well, and can communicate well, so no trouble checking in.

“Great location, hosts and accomodation”
We had a lovely three night stay in Rotorua. Trev and Rosemary were helpful, friendly and relaxed. Our room was spacious, well kitted out with a very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again

“Fantastic Place to Stay in Rotorua”
We stayed here for three nights. Trevor and Rosemary are the perfect hosts, very helpful without being intrusive. When we couldn’t get a Uber ride to the bus, Trevor gave us a lift.
