“Staff and room review”

“Spacious and comfortable”
A very spacious and comfortable place to stay. We were a family of 4 staying for 4 nights in one of the Penthouse suites. We would highly recommend this place for a family. “Still the best place to stay in Wellington”
This was our second stay at this accommodation and it remains excellent in all aspects.We selected the cheaper "interior" view option and we were very happy. “Good but with some minor improvements could be a lot better”
The apartment was clean and well appointed and the location was fairly handy to most of what we wanted. It was a good size, with plenty of space for the three of us. You’re getting what you pay for, it’s not the ritz and could do with an upgrade but it’s nice. On the negative side the bed was hard … more

“Handy but tired”
Having stayed here 5 years ago I thought it would be better but it has gone downhill. In need of lots of maintenance, we had to have lock and a shower repaired while there. On the upside the ladies at reception were super helpful. Might spend that much on a newer place next time.
