The entrance to this hotel is on a series of roads that is not exactly level. To get to the main shopping areas of Wellington, or the waterfront, guests need to descend to the ground floor in one lift, walk though the dining area, and then descend in another lift to the actual ground level. “Novotel Wellington”
The best rest during our tour of North Island NZ. Really lovely staff on reception, with special mention to Iziah Davis who was chatty and very helpful. Nice buffet breakfast and also, options for evening meal as the hotel is a little away from the eateries

“The best bed!!”
Of all the hotels I have ever been in, this bed was the best! It was so comfy, I even looked what it was to buy one! And the pillows were just right.
