“Oaks hotel.”
Clean well appointed rooms. Friendly staff. Good cooked breakfast. Very central location within walking distance to many food places and attractions. A bus service opposite for attractions which was easy to use.

“Lovely hotel - great location”
First thing - be aware! - if parking it is very tight for anything other than a SMALL car. Everything else is excellent. We had a Studio Executive which had full kitchen facilities, patio. Breakfast was lovely. Excellent location.

“From garage parking to reception though one door,”
Excellent room on floor 9 with balcony view of city, well worth the extra money, room clean and large, reception quick to process you for room, access to parking from reception door

“Location Location Location”
This was a great place to stay if you are heading to a show. St James Theatre is right next door, you can see The Opera House is just up the street, The Embassy Theatre within easy walking distance as is the waterfront. Street noise into the early hours was the only thing I struggled with.
