“Location”
Location was perfect for what I was in Wellington for. Great size room and the staff are so friendly and funny. It's value for money. The bed was really comfy as well.

“Good stay in a reasonable room that needs refurbishing, helpful staff”

“Staff great, hotel meh.”
The staff was exceptional, the location made walking easy. The hotel feels old and the views are parking lots or another hotel. No food.

“Musty smelly room”
Location near restaurants. Car park 35$ per night in a stackable garage. Receptionist very helpful. Room 319 smelt musty, chairs uncomfortable, thankfully we only stayed one night, as you wouldn't want to stay very long in the room.
