“Perfect for a 3+ Kid family!”
Fantastic sized rooms, kids loved the upstairs room. I loved to reception man/owner asking if I’d like a newspaper in the morning, first time I had a newspaper and coffee in the morning for years!! Rooms dated, straight outa the 70’s but who cares! Amazing price and clean rooms. Everything you need… more

“It had all I needed”
This motel has a great location, not being on one of the principal traffic arteries but within walking distance of the city centre. “Southern hospitality at its best.”
This is our go to Motel when in Dunedin. On our most recent stay I had booked the wrong room type online however the staff were extremely accommodating and changed our room without charging extra for the larger room, despite the Motel being fully booked. “Good sleep”
The motels you stay in pretty 6/10 and if In a motel that has stairs to go up to the second story try not to full of😶 and the sleep wasn't to bad but there isn't any blackout curtains for the second story so try to go bed late if you can but the sleep quality is 10/10.
