“Excellent stay.”
Excellent stay, we were upgraded when we arrived for no extra cost our unit was very comfortable and was spotlessly clean. For a busy part of town and the units all being full it was very quiet. We will return and would recommend these motels as excellent value for money.

“Good place to consider staying”
A very nice place to stay - good location for our needs. The staff were responsive and courteous. We were able to walk to most places that we needed easily - the university, the train station, restaurants - the grocery store was just on the edge of being a bit too far.

“An average motel in Dunedin”
A old but comfortable motel, at walking distance from Dunedin downtown. Easy to find, with a private carpark, though not so large (but I had a SUV). The rooms are fairly large, but not so sunny; the kitchen is quite furnished. Beds are clean and comfortable and the wifi is ok.
