“Fantastic and friendly motel ”
We really enjoyed our stay at this motel. Convenient location and friendly service. We liked the spacious rooms and the kitchen was well equipped. There is also a shared laundry. The parking needs a bit of skill to park into - but everything else is top notch. Great place to stay in Dunedin.

“Loved aria on bank”
Modern facility, nicely decorated with everything you could need. Staff were great when I had to change my booking, and so friendly on check in. Everything super clean and tidy. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to base yourself for a few days

“Fantastic place to stay”
So economical. Perfect stay. Large, clean, warm rooms. Can cook in the kitchen. Perfect shower and the bed, pillows were so comfy. Would definitely stay again. Recommending to all my friends. Close to Mersey Hospital, which is why we stayed here.

“Wonderful Experience”
Excellent experience with all facilities provided, only issue was the shower had trouble draining fast. Bed was comfortable room was clean and tidy, there was a nice creek outside and the garden was nice and private and could be viewed from inside the room.

“Disappointing.”
Close to a bus stop but well out of town. Although the unit had a kitchen, many items in it were dirty. We had to wash everything before using it. The unit itself also could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Parking is very tight but available.
