“Brilliant Accommodation so quiet at night! Stay here not in the City, 15 min walk only”
Absolutely perfect, clean, comfortable, spacious, fantastic value, close to food, gardens etc, ample parking, the lift was a bonus..LOVED THE HOT WATER pressure & comfortable medium firm bed! Electric blankets & heat pump.

“THE place to stay in Dunedin”
LOVED this place. Very nice location close to the vibe of the university and with much lovely historical architecture. Dunedin is truly blessed in this respect. “Great place to stay, travel a lot with work and will definitely stay again”
Great parking, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Bed comfy and all the mods cons you would expect. Lovely out look onto lovely gardens, your in the middle of everything but feel like your are in a wee haven.

“Perfect place to stay in Dunedin.”
Excellent location for those visiting beautiful Dunedin. Friendly, efficient staff. Building has a nice green courtyard for relaxation. Our room was terrific - clean, expansive with all mod-coms you'd want.

“A great base in Dunedin”
This motel is clean, quiet and comfortable. I found it a great base to explore Dunedin and the Otago peninsula. It is popular, deservedly so, and I would book well ahead. Special thanks to Kent on where to go for greenstone/pounamu for my wife on our wedding anniversary.
