“A Home Away From Home”
We have stayed with Gary and Robyn now several times over the last 6 months and we will never go anywhere els in Dunedin for accommodation. On arrival you are welcomed as friends they will always use your first name. Units are warm, comfortable and very well maintained ample parking which is safe. … more

“Fantastic”
Absolutely fantastic value for money. The room was spotless.. Very comfortable bed and pillows.. Breakfast was lovely.. plenty of choice and more than sufficient.. The couple that run this place are without doubt two of the nicest people you’ll ever meet … it was a pleasure to stay

“Excellent experience”
Stayed for one night as part of our tour around the South Island of New Zealand. Very comfortable bed and good facilities. We have tended to stay at Bella Vista Motels where possible. The room design tends to be very well thought out and customer friendly.

Ok, the good: our room was clean, the shower hot, and we were warmly welcomed by the chatty owner. We had requested the continental breakfast which was sufficient but not exciting. The bad: tight parking is right next to the front door of your unit, so it's noisy. Worse we had people making racket … more
