“Lovely Clean Motel”
Lovely clean Motel, reasonably priced spacious unit within walking distance to town, quiet but bit of noise expected with odd rowdy students at night, but that was minimal. Very comfy bed and lovely owner. Would definitely stay again.

“Otepoti hospitality at its best”
A wonderful week in Dunedin organised at the last minute. My son was working at the University of Otago and I was on holiday. Dunedin Motel and Villas was the perfect location. “Great stay”
Lovely unit well appointed and spotlessly clean. Great hosts with personal service. Lovely comfortable beds and very quiet rooms We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking here again soon . Parking at the door and very good location in centre of Dunedin .

“Comfortable Stay”
Really nice place to stay at the University Campus area. Room was very well laid out, with separate bedroom and lounge kitchen area. Bathroom was spacious and all facilities were clean. Comfortable bed. Guest laundry facility was clean and tidy also.

“Good little motel”
Good little motel on a main road about a KM from the CBD. The lady at reception who checked us in was really friendly. She actually took us to our room, showed us in it and had it prewarmed.
