“Friendly Staff - Great Location”
A great place to stay. Close to Octagon and shopping. Immaculately kept friendly staff. A huge Shout out to Rochelle who who looked after our room. Very friendly and helpful. We were made to feel welcome. I would recommend the Dunedin Palms Motel to business and holiday guests highly.

“A great stay in Dunedin.”
An lovely stay. The room had all we needed including a kitchenette . This room was great for visitors because it is so close to CBD. you can leave the car and walk. They do offer breakfast and guest laundry,( for a fee). Plenty of off street parking too.

“Handy location”
Good motel within great proximity to the Octagon and lots of what Dunedin offers. Walked back from Forsyth Barr Stadium was no drama. The rooms are good enough, beds comfortable enough, plenty of off street parking. Overall a good place to lay over.

“Excellent location and value”
The Dunedin Palms is a great value. We spent three nights there during high season. The location is excellent -downtown and a short walk to the octagon (center of town) and only 2 blocks to the Speights brewery/pub. It's located about 1/3 of the way up a hill. “Handy clean motel”
Clean and Cosy. No Sky TV unfortunately. Office hours were a little limited. However very handy to everything we wanted to see.
