“Great place to stay, close to University and town”
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent, there was plenty of parking, the room was tidy and clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Great to have Sky TV too!

“Happy Days”
Immaculate room. Off street parking, and easy area to turn around when leaving. Very happy with the experience - would come and stay again, no worries.

“Exceptional service. Handy central location”
Very clean, comfortable and central. What’s not to love. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We arrived after a very long journey to a warm welcome and a few groceries. “Great stay in Dunedin”
Excellent stay. Very handy location to both town and Forsythbar Stadium. Clean and quiet. Number of close restaurants for breakfast and coffees
