“Perfect”
We have just had a lovely three nights here and it was perfect for our needs. Beautifully presented unit. On site parking. On site laundry. Not really much cooking facility but we weren’t needing that and several very good value eateries nearby. View out over Dunedin from our room with a little gar… more

“Lovely, Clean Motel”
Exceptionally clean and well appointed motel with a spacious bathroom. Conveniently located and a good value. We essentially were provided a small apartment with a kitchen and dining area for the price of a motel room. Would stay here again if in Dunedin.

“A good place to stay”
Motel on York was everything we believed it would be. We stayed for two nights and found the bed comfortable and all facilities working properly. Reception was efficient and any advice we asked for was accurate. We would certainly stay again
