“Magic of Manaakitanga”
True kiwi hospitality ‘manaakitanga’ at its best. Lovely check in experience and everything you need. Parking is an issue but seemingly a country wide hotel issue but at least you can get a park on the street near the hotel (unlike Queenstown!). “Nice tourist hotel”
Very nice hotel, easy walk from inter city bus stop. Good breakfast with hot entrees. Black Dog cafe next door great also.

Hotel location was good. Walkable to places of interest in the city. Food outlets nearby. Hotel in house menu good too. Overall no complaints. Will stay again. Suggestion. Bathroom shower should have a non slip mat.

Location is good, right in the centre of Dunedin, but parking is a surprise at NZ$30 per day, an unexpected cost. Even at that price it is not guaranteed as the car park is only small. Very dated and really needs an upgrade / refurb. No help with our bags, no water provided in the room and the rest… more
