“One night stay”
The hotel is in a good location and is within a short walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the octagon. The check in was quick and staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is a little bit dated but is well kept.

“The best location in Dunedin”
We stayed in the new part, the rooms were very , very good. Parking was good and there is plenty of off-street parks which were no additional cost. “Affordable place with a luxury feel”
This was my favourite place we stayed during a trip around the South Island. We had two lovely connected rooms which were clean and super comfy, and everyone at the hotel was really friendly and helpful. Location was central without being too crowded.

We stayed at the Victoria Hotel in Dunedin for one night. The hotel is perfectly suitable for a short stay and the staff were very friendly. Our room, however, had a noticeable odor issue.
