“repeat customer”
Of all the hotels on the south island this trip the was my fave. Check in was quick and easy. Best cable package of the hotels i stayed in ( even the holiday inn in queesntown). Wifi was solid. Great places to eat, Indian and KFC 1 block away. Liquorland was close too for some cold beers. Bed… more

“first time stay, would repeat”
Spent 1 night in Omaru as i was driving from invercargill to christchurch. Alpine is located on hwy 1 so its very easy to find. Great food places are in walking distance ( mcdonalds and a nice Indian place as well as liquorland). Check in was easy, room was super clean. Wifi was easy to access… more

Basic Motel but in a good position to walk around so easy to explore without having to drive every where.
