“Ideal Accommodation in Queenstown”

Perfect spot up on the hill overlookingthe town. If you're lucky to get Room 1, then the view is amazing. Staff are friendly and hospitality is perfect. They have a guest lounge and kitchen for use (make sure you clean up after yourself).

This was my first stay in the South Island after 24hrs of travelling. It was such a welcome to walk into a warm room after rain greeted me! Clean and compact, sink in the room, single bed but cosy. I slept 8 hours on my first night. Showers were always clean and vacant when needed plus there was toilet in the lockable area. Staff were friendly. The kitchen was clean and the room offered second to none views over Queenstown. I didn’t cook but others did. There was room in the fridge for my sandwich ingredients and milk. The walk to town is down hill and up hill back. The bus top to the airport and Milford Sound tour was less than two minute walk away. I loved my three nights here, got me settled in the time zone.

“Perfectly acceptable hotel, good location”

We only stayed here a night, but found it perfectly acceptable for what we needed. Nothing was particularly memorable one way or the other. The bed was super soft, but otherwise no complaints. We only stayed here a night, but found it perfectly acceptable for what we needed. Nothing was particularly memorable one way or the other. The bed was super soft, but otherwise no complaints. The location, as other reviews mentioned, was great and we were able to walk everywhere in town we wanted to go without an issue (it is up a small hill, FYI). The photo on this page, at the time of writing, is inaccurate, too - there is not a larger gravel lot and the little bit of green grass is largely gone.
