“Conveniently located.”
Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the city center and a supermarket. Nice and quiet with clean room. Friendly manager and staff. Affordable rate too. Will definitely come back again when in town.

“Convenient and comfortable”
On a winter trip through the southern end of the South Island. It was cold weather and after getting something to eat rang to see if we could check in early which we could. Bella vista is close to central CBD. The only negative was locating them on Google maps due to road works.

“Good Value - Quiet”
Second time at this Bella Vista. The room was clean, quiet and well equipped for our stay. Easy walk to the lake, restaurants and shops. Onsite laundry is a plus. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free off street parking in a town where parking is impossible and expensive. Would use again.

“Highly recommend…will definitely stay here again”
Loved staying here,our room was always well maintained..it was cosy and comfortable to come back to..was within short walking distance to town…and the host and people that worked there were friendly and helpful..It was peaceful and quiet…we stayed six nights..we had a veiw of the gondolas and watch… more
