“comfy , clean , basic”
this place has all the basic amenties , very clean room , comfortable mattress, small basic kitchenette, easily accessible to locations for milford sound cruise and Glowworm cave tour. it has laundry facility on site too. only problem was no one at reception for any help. “Decent for the price.”
Basic but decent motel. Kitchen area was good, with dishes and microwave and fridge. Good location near town center but no water views--located in residential area. There is coin laundry, but no staff onsite. Outside patio with table and chairs.

It was a very average stay which was expected. Not overly clean with rubbish bins very dirty when we emptied the plastic bag in the bin.
