“Nice and Warm”
Stayed a few nights for our son's sports trip, which is all we needed, the kitchenette was helpful, clean spacious, and check-in was straight forward, we paid the extra for parking space that was easy access, and would recommend it for a weekend stay or quick trips

“Nice clean simple hotel”
I stayed here as it was close to the ferry terminal and I was happily surprised. Super friendly check in and a really tastefully decorated room. “Not a 4.5 star hotel in our view”
I have no idea how this is a 4 5 star rating hotel. There is no on-site restaurant, gym, etc. It is a 20 min walk to the cbd. Great location for a one night stay. However, the sofa bed was not that good and only had 1 sheet laid on it for use. No pillows or blankets for our daughter to use.
