“Comfortable and clean”
Stayed for business and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, and staff to be very helpful. Would stay again . Located close to the beach, has a pool, and is a good point to stay within reach of tourist attractions

“Comfy bed, no frills, cleanliness was not up to standard”
We selected Charles Court based on price, location and onsite facilities. I will get the negative out of the way first. The unit was FILTHY and well below even minimum standards. “Second night in the South Island.”
Got off the TranzAlpine train, picked up a rental car and went to our pre booked motel ( Flight Centre booking ) The motel is very dated, decor is aged and is out of town at Paroa. Hooked up to the wifi but it was very weak and kept on losing internet.
