“Good choice if you stay in Managua”
nice friendly staff, the bed was very comfortable, and the room had nice views. It was a little small, and right by the elevator, so it was noisy. The food was good. We had dinner and breakfast there. The pool was nice, but it needs to be cleaned.

“Fabulous customer service”
Fabulous customer service from front desk staff, incredible restaurant service. Very helpful bartender! Just a great experience to say the least! Everyone here is friendly! Lovely country and people!! We hope to come back and when we do it’s going to be this hotel!

“SINKING SHIP”
Very poorly spoken English by reception staff for an international hotel. 1970's era style hotel. Complex remote control operation just to turn on TV. Grateful for water bottles provided. Annoyingly, telephone in room faulty. Needed multiple trips to reception and prompts to fix it. Not much c… more
