“Alright”
Sharon at the front desk was very nice. The bed was comfy but there was a stain on the headboard. There are several restaurants on site, but the hours were different than what was posted, and one restaurant was never open at all. “This is the place to stay in Managua”
It's difficult to find anything clean or organized in Managua, but this hotel is a great hideaway from the chaos of this dirty-poor city. Five restaurants, and a nice pool area outside where you can ignore the poverty just on the other side other wall.

“Helpful and friendly staff in a very comfortable hotel”
Fine location walkable distance to the new Cathedral and several resturants in the hotel and nearby. The young gentleman at check in/out was very friendly and helpful towards me. The room was spacious and comfortable with magnificent views. Breakfast was fine

Note the date: March 29th 2026 This hotel use to be the best In Nicaragua. The standards are no longer there. The food in the market was the most disappointing for me.
