“Novotel Port Harcourt is an excellent hotel.”
I have known and used Novotel for over 20 years. It is a good hotel. For about 10 years I had not visited Port Harcourt. Wow it's been amazing I and my family spending days with Novotel portharcourt , one of the laundry attendant named MEELUBARI and house keeping attendance called NKE CHI has been so caring and concerned about me and my family's comfort . My experiences with Novotel was like no others

“Worn out”
Check in was very slow. 20 min to check me in. Resturant also slow. 1 hour to bring 1 pizza. Frendly staff. Rooms are worn out
