Although it's far from the usual tourist track this hotel is very very good. “Courtesy in Kirkenes!”
A warm and welcoming hotel although busy due to a conference. V helpful staff. A point of note is that we went to the local Joker store and none of our cards would work but then a local gentleman in an orange jacket leant over a paid for us while shrugging off all thanks!

“Room to improve .”
Rooms : nice and ability to open window was awesome . Pillows : extra pillows in wardrobe area wd hv been great . There is NO guests laundry … should be set up ! The bar is only open at 5pm . Guests should be notified of Public Holidays !!
