“Khorosho hotel.”
Very good hotel. I would recommend to everyone, it had good breakfast, but the fruit were kind of out of date. It was moldy. Anyways. It was still good, i slept good

“Calm and tidy hotel”
Friendly staff. Nice gym and the view and the balcony were really nice (jr suit). Good breakfast, clean restaurant.

“Disapointed”
For 11 years I stayed at Neptun whenever I was in Bergen. But this latest stay was disapointing. Got a room at the very back at the hotel, with stairs to walk with a very heavy suitcase. “Ice cold room”
The central heating system did not work. Temperature outside was 3 degrees and inside felt the same. I did notify the receptionist and was offered an simple electric heater that looked like something bought from TEMU So I didn’t feel safe to sleep with that on.
