“Wonderful hotel”
This is a fantastic hotel. The staff made us feel very welcome and made it feel like a home away from home. Food and drinks were great. Breakfast buffet was probably the best I have ever seen. “Lovely hotel”
A very friendly and comfortable hotel. The lounge areas were lovely with lots of separate areas so you can relax, have a drink and read a book without feeling you are intruding on other people. The staff are incredibly helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

“Best honeymoon ever!”
We loved spending part of our honeymoon here. The lodge is exceptional, from the restaurant to the rooms to the location. Everything about it was more than we could have imagined and we had a fantastic time.

“Incredible Staff and Amazing Product”
Staff were amazing! So professional, kind, and personable. We previously stayed at a hotel in Lake Como called “ Villa d’Este” they are supposed to be among the best hotels in the world. Funken Lodges staff, service, and product was 100 times better than Villa d’Este’s! They do an amazing job!

“Great if staying as part of a cruise”
Lovely hotel although I was there as part of a group for a cruise as were most guests. I’m not sure if the preponderance of groups would put you off as a non group traveller
