“Ridiculous statute in front of the hotel.”
All good so far. Except that I find the statue of man in front of the hotel pretty ridiculous. I don’t know what it represents but I find it ridiculous.

Definitely a good city location in Tromsø, the only thing missing is parking at the hotel.Of course, the restaurant's menu could be more exciting and why not inspired by seafood and other local specialties.What was excellent, however, was the staff we were in contact with, i.e. front desk and break… more

“Very poor customer service - not like it was in the past”
A very arrogant manager on Saturday evening was dismissive and failed to understand our issue in trying to get a 2 year old child to sleep amindst a very noisy private function. Told we should consider ourselves lucky as we have a brilliant view from our room (not!) and we could watch the midnight … more
