Location is perfect, right on the waterfront and in the middle of food and shopping. Staff is exceptional - helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. “Ridiculous statute in front of the hotel.”
All good so far. Except that I find the statue of man in front of the hotel pretty ridiculous. I don’t know what it represents but I find it ridiculous.

“Very poor customer service - not like it was in the past”
