Very comfortable hotel with first class service from friendly staff. The hotel is well located on the Main Street very near bus stops and two minutes from the shuttle. There is a ski/sports hire shop on the lower ground floor where your ski equipment is stored. The bar is very comfortable and staff will make cocktails on request. The breakfast has all you could wish and dinner is four courses plus a self-service salad course. The food is delicious and they allowed us to choose from both the classic and vegetarian menus. We were in a classic room which was spacious, modern and had a large balcony. Beds are very comfortable and extra pillows can be requested. The classic room has a shower (no bath) but we used the spa to relax our legs after skiing. We used the spa area most days. The outdoor pool is big enough to swim lengths but a highlight for us was being able to order an alcoholic drink in the bar and take it to the loungers in the indoor pool area and outdoor bubble pool. This was a 5 star experience all round.

Absolutely loved this hotel from the second we arrived. Wonderful welcome that embraced us to the heart of this family-run hotel. The rooms are really big and beautifully appointed. Everything has been so well thought out through out the hotel with really special touches around every corner. The food was outstanding every day without fail and the restaurant staff know all your preferences within seconds and have everything ready and waiting on subsequent days. The bar staff went out of their way to be helpful and the cocktails were delic. We loved the spa and wellness area - outstanding. Best we have ever been in. We are definitely coming back as soon as we possibly can

The hotel is located very close to the Shuttle, so the way to the main slopes took us no more than 5min. Lovely location! People working here are so lovely, friendly and cheerful every day. Every time we need something they were just next to us, sometimes they read our minds for example the first day we asked for making warm our daughter favorite drink and the next day this drink was warm when we come to the dinner. By the way, delicious, incomparable food made with great passion! Love it! The staff fully competitive, friendly, you can feel there like at home. We had family suite on the 4th floor with beautiful view and bunk beds. The room was very spacious and big enough for family 2+2. It’s warm in the rooms exactly as we like. We highly recommend Bergland Hotel in Sölden. Thank you very much for everything and see you next year, for sure!

Not only is the Bergland an incredibly well appointed hotel, really top rate they have equally amazing staff. I had a ski accident during my stay and needed help and advice with all sorts of things. Hannah, Nika and Luca on reception could not have been more helpful. They made sure I knew what I had to do and where to get information. I had to have neck X-Rays which were given to me on a CD rom(!) so Hannah went to the doctors (unprompted) and got photos of the X-rays then arranged for an email copy to be sent to me. Outstanding. The rest of the team were also fabulous and the hotel itself is one of the best I've stayed in. Lovely pools and spa area with lots of relaxation areas. My first choice for a hotel in Solden, summer or winter. I can't fault them.
