“Excellent Hotel with lovely room and staff”
Immaculate hotel with friendly front reception staff. My room faced the small wadi and was very comfortable. “Very confortable like your house”
very comfortable and spacious quiet room very good service and friendly and welcoming staff. good breakfast and very good restaurant for dinner. Very close to Nizwa castle and nizwa souq. We stayed 3 nights, and we visited jebel Shams and jebel Akhdar. We'll be back

“Noisy and clean”
This is a below average hotel Extremely noisy and badly insulated; small ugly rooms, very clean, in summary totally unappealing but I guess somewhat ok for the price ( barely ) The staff is very polite Elevators are small Bed is large and uncomfortable Do not recommend

“Nice hotel and location, but some flaws.”
I liked the location of the hotel, 10 minutes walk from central Nizwa. Hotel itself was clean and room was nice as well. I would like to give this place a 3.5 rating if I could but, sadly, that’s not an option with Tripadvisor. I would say it’s a top end 3 and a good choice for a base to explore Nizwa.
