Our flight got delayed from morning to evening on the same day, so we called the resort to change the check in time, and they answered straight away and changing the time was not a problem the calling agent was co-operative. After our arrival late at night we were surprised to find the recepetion to be working (it was about 1am). we showed him the booking reference on booking.com since this was the platform we used to book the resort, it did not take him seconds to give us the key and call someone to guide us through the huge resort, we booked a villa that is on the sea shore and it comes a little more expensive but it is worth it especially in the khareef season. we had a good night sleep the villas were provided with lots of things, there was a kitchen with utensils a kettle and a cooker 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet 3 bedrooms (all came with a water heater) and 1 big living room that is connected with the dining. another thing to point out is that you do not get the entire villa for yourself, the villa is divided into ground floor and first floor, you get to choose either of them but it also depends on avaliablilty, for us it was the safest and comfiest to stay at the ground floor part. Everyday at about 11am at noon cleaners will knock the door at you to clean the bathrooms and mop the floor, villas are well maintained and there is even a landline if you wanted anything from the recepetion or an assistant to be sent to you, the resort also has a swimming pool it is decent-sized and there is also a smaller swimming pool for younger children. the pools are being cleaned everday in the morning and the guy also has stuff you can have fun with like a volleyball. the overall design of the resort is amazing smaller villas are in the middle and bigger villas surround them from the left and right side. you also have access to the seashore, I have noticed there were several lifeguards sitting in their cars, and they would watch out for people every now and then. There are many other facilites I have personally noticed, e.g. what seems like a bar they got opened 2 days before my short stay has ended, and bunch of carvans that sell fast food, additionally there were some people working on assembling a theme park, unfortunately i did not get to experience any of the games, but what I have heard is that they operate only in the khareef season (middle of july till early september). now speaking of down-sides of the resort, one of them, while not really a downside since we chose to live by the sea and salalah has that "tropical weather" there were many lizard and insects that would creep in the houses, I beleive after I have mentioned this matter a few times to the recepetion guy, I saw a car that started spraying pesticide the other day which is a good sign, finally the resort lacks cameras for extra secuirty there is only a single gate where you have to enter a code in order to let you in especially if you have a car or rented one. thats all I have to say, other than that the staff was really cooperative and linent and I genuinly enjoyed my first and last stay in salalah, this was a really memorable part of my life, thanks a ton!

Much better than expected! Our room was renovated and did not have any issues with old furniture (there was a slight water leak in the bathroom though). In early November the resort was almost empty, it was very reasonably priced, and we had the (big) swimming pool as well as the beach almost to ourselves. The white-sand beach next to it is very nice and empty. At midday a caravan of camels passes by it to a nearby pond - so romantic... The people working at the resort (mostly Indians) are very nice and smiling, although some have limited knowledge of the surrounding city. The resort organises an evening beach barbecue once a week or so - it is very reasonably priced and sooo delicious! The breakfast is more than adequate too - I recommend booking a stay with breakfast, as there are no other eating options within walking distance. The a-la-carte menu could be improved though. More investment in the surroundings would help too, for example, more greenery in the pool area, replanning the footpaths, replacing broken drainage grates next to the pool, and renovating the children’s attractions area. Overall, we do recommend this resort - it is definitely worth the money!

The hotel is located a short taxi ride from central Salalah...or you can walk. The grounds of this hotel are absolutely magnificent with an amazing, HUGE pool and ocean frontage. It is on one of the best beaches I have ever seen with crystal clear, warm water and white sand as far as the eye can see. My room had a lovely little courtyard with table and chairs. The staff are absolutely impeccable and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast was lovely and more than adequate. Rooms are a little bit dated but they are very clean and contain everything you could possibly need. Shower was brilliant with excellent pressure. Room service came at a very reasonable price. This place is completely relaxing and I will definitely come back for at least a week or 10 days. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.
