People staying at hotel are away from home and they need a homely feel, I would say Faletti’s was absolutely remarkable in this regard. They had great staff. Whenever I used to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the staff used to offer us to carry our 1.5 month old baby so that we can eat properly, or they would serve food at our table from buffet so that we don’t have to get up again and again. Their service was so quick, that even if I looked away for few minutes and they would see that I’m not eating and my plate is empty, they would instantly remove it. From room service to laundry, everything was great. I had an amazing stay here.

This was my first time to Pakistan. Travelled with my family inc elderly parents. All the staff showed us much care and consideration. This was especially appreciated on behalf of my parents. This was my first time to Pakistan. Travelled with my family inc elderly parents. All the staff showed us much care and consideration. This was especially appreciated on behalf of my parents. Their understanding and extra accommodation of my parents needs was wonderful. The hotel has a nice historic charm to it, the rooms were clean, very spacious and the breakfast offered a wide range of items. Hotel is well situated to see many of the historical sights Lahore has to offer. The rooms have a safe, albeit at a rather unsual height, troublesome for the slighty shorter person. Unsually no clocks or irons in the room, the latter available on request but I had to wait an inordinate amount of time for it. Rooms were lacking some of the modern amenities I would have expected from a 5* Hotel. The gym picture and description on website was not even a close reflection of the actual gym which was a shame. But to be honest the kindness shown to my parents really said something about the hotel's great service.
