“Typical Parisian Budget Hotel”
I can only assume the people who wrote the "horror story" reviews have never been to Paris or stayed anywhere other than a Premier Inn. Compared to some of the overpriced dives I've stayed in in London this was luxury :) Hotel Picard is a very typical Parisian bugdet hotel. In fact slighty better … more
