“Service and experience”
The staff was very friendly when coming in and out of the hotel, and informative when it came to needing to know where to go. Danitza was very helpful with our hotel necessities, and juan victor went above and beyond in being attentive with our luggage’s and buys!

“Good experience”
Nice hotel, good service and cleanliness. It is located within walking distance to the main square, cathedral, Santa Catalina monastery museums. We stayed at the Family Suite, the bed was huge. It was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, fruit juice was too sweet.

“Continuing our trip to machu pichu”
Close to town so easy to visit museum and area. No kettle in the room so unable to make a hot drink. Breakfast was very basic

“Close to historic centre”
Hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the historic centre. The room is quite large with a big double bed, a safe, TV.
