“Bad customer service, expensive drinks - good breakfast”
This popular hotel has pros and cons. The customer service is horrible and the front staff are like robots, not pleasant at all, stressed and really unwilling to help. I had two matters that were easy to solve, but got no understanding nor courtesy, even if one of the matter regarded a sick child.… more

“Good practical room but a little noisy”
This hotel is very centrally located which has its pro’s and con’s which probably depends on what sort of traveller you were. I was a solo traveller who was staying for two nights for my Machu Picchu experience. The walk from the hotel is only 5 mins so excellent and easy to get to from the train… more
