The hotel was great, really good location, the staff are amazing and super helpful. William was particularly helpful with our bags and really lovely to speak to, a true gem! 100% recommend staying here.

The staff here is wonderful and accommodating, they even helped my elderly mother to the train station in a wheelchair (which was not an easy task)! The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean.
