“Friendliest place to stay in Chiclayo”
I enjoy staying at this hotel. Everyone is always friendly, the place is clean, the people are very helpful. I come here at least once a year and not planning on changing hotels because it has become home away from home. It’s important to feel safe when you’re not in your country.

“Best hotel in Chiclayo”
This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very courteous, the rooms are very comfortable and the food is so delicious! This is my fourth time here and the addition of air conditioning is a welcome surprise! This hotel keeps getting better !

“Excellent stay!”
I loved this place. It was very clean, he A/C was delish. I felt safe. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They were also very accommodating with getting cabs and explaining things about the town and places to go see. I will alway stay at Santa Rosa when in Chiclayo Peru.

Very nice place. Comfortable and clean. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good WiFi. Great hot and cold water for the shower. My only complaint is that there isn't air conditioning in all the rooms. “Good stay!!”
I liked the installation, it was clean and kind people, good attention and service. It is located in the downtown close to everything, you find anything walking. The breaksfast was excellent. I really recommend the place to enjoy Chiclayo. Thank you Santa Rosa
