Rooms were spotless, well kept and in great condition. Each of the team members, we encountered professional and very happy and attentive to our every need. An absolutely great place to stay! We wouldn’t not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit

I stayed here this week on a referral by the dental office I used for dental tourism. Below is my input on my experience which is a bit mixed considering the unnecessary challenges at the hotel. This hotel experience could have easily been a 5 star, but with the time and additional money that I lost due to their lack of accommodation, I had to drop it to a 3 star. Rate: High, and definitely lesser rate in Miraflores where is more to do and see; however, is all dependent on how much time you can spend in traffic even for a 4-mile ride it can be 40 mins. Location: Excellent, only 5-minute walk to the dental office and safe, I had no issues as a female solo traveler. Area: Safe, with many restaurants and coffee places to choose from. Uber: They are safe, can be there in minutes and a fraction of a taxi, but just know traffic is horrible, so hang on tight, the traffic and driving rules don't see to apply. Room: I stayed in room 1013, one of their mini suites. The room was comfortable and clean, no issues at all. Bed was comfortable, shower had excellent water pressure, all hardwood floors. Minibar with a fridge, a safe and all that you need. The room AC was perfect, not loud; however, the vent towards the mini bar does rattle, so I stayed up a couple of nights, there was nothing that I would do since it appears that some buts and bolts need to be tightened. The room is located in the far end, directly across from some elevators which takes you directly to the lobby that is on the 4th floor. The hallways can use a bit more light, I felt it was too dark when walking back in the evening and at times it would concern me. Breakfast: They have an excellent selection, all buffet style, a variety of fresh fruits, cereal, oatmeal and local warm foods. However, make sure your rate includes it, otherwise you will be stressing to wake up early to go find a breakfast. In my case, I had to get up early, rush to go find breakfast before my dental treatment started since apparently it was too much of an effort to provide a diamond status client a coffee and something small. While there is no shortage of places to eat and for a reasonable price, I do feel that the hotel shortchanged me on this. As a diamond member, a simple coffee and a couple of fruits, or a croissant would have helped me a great deal instead of spending additional money outside. When I brought this up to the ladies at the front desk, they tried to help and the next day I received a courtesy ticket for a breakfast, however, no one issued me a ticket again. The 2 times that I ate at the hotel were due to the courtesy of the ladies at the front desk explaining it to the guys hosting the breakfast area. The guys working, aka guarding the breakfast were nowhere near as friendly and professional as the ladies at the front desk. Note: There is a casino at the ground floor. I did not understand that, but if you are into that, then enjoy, I did not use it. Noise level: Construction taking place in the building next to and some street work, you can definitely hear it. Also, I heard a lot of noise between 6:00 and 7AM from a room near my room, perhaps it was their utility room. Service: Brenda and Lessandra were professional and amazingly helpful, they go out of their way to ensure that the customer feels safe and comfortable, it is these ladies that got this location stars. Bar: There is one next to the front desk. I did not use it, but it seemed nice with several selections to choose from. Lobby: Comfortable lounge area. Front door guy: The gentleman from Venezuela was super helpful and always checked in on me as I came in, I felt safe there and cared for by him, Lessandra and Brenda. I hope the hotel can figure out this breakfast issue; it was a pain for me. I had to eat early since I had so much dental work done that I would not know when I could eat again late in the evening. I would have happily paid for an a la carte, however, I was told that this option did not exist.

“Location, main entrance”

A five star hotel should pay attention to all details regarding intangible issues, aside from food or room accommodations. A five star hotel should pay attention to all details regarding intangible issues, aside from food or room accommodations. How come this hotel show in its main entrance three flags and Perú’s flag is tangled in the USA’s flagpole for weeks and nobody does anything about it. It is disrespectful and goes unnoticed. Check attached photo. Besides it shows no greenery, just outside parking (why not taking care of all details). Small garden, pots with plants, wouldn’t hurt.

The hotel is really not close to the tourist sites in Lima if that is what you are looking for. I knew this ahead of time, but the traffic is so overwhelming that it takes a long time to get anywhere. There is a large market 2 blocks away as well as laundry 2 blocks away. There are plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We really liked Panchita and Tamba. The hotel is above a casino. We were on the 10th floor and did not hear this. The room was a double queen. There is a gym and also a restaurant. We had free buffet breakfast the whole trip and only ate here once. I tried 2 different cereals and found the milk to be sour. We decided to not eat here again. We had multiple issues with our room. The shower is definitely hot. It would start out normal and then turn to scalding hot. I mean step out of the shower for a few seconds hot. You would have to plan washing. Right after the heat up I would rinse off. On the last day it ran cold water for about 5 minutes. I wasn’t sure it was ever going to get hot. Careful what you wish for I guess. The hardest thing to overcome was the a/c. It sounded like the toilet was running all night. When it would shut off the room was finally quiet. The room was too warm to not have it on. We even had one day where the toilet would not flush. The beds were fairly comfortable. I don’t think I would stay here again.
