“Amazing service!”

The service here was unbelievable. I cannot give them enough stars, they welcomed me with a warm cookie, sent up a dessert tray and gave me premium wifi as a Gold member. The front desk was warm and welcoming and helped me with any questions I had easily.

WHAT A FANTASTIC HOTEL. We have stayed at 3 different hotels in Iquitos and the Double Tree by Hilton is THE BEST! The location is great just near the promenade and infront of the square. Busy but tranquil inside and at night. The AC is outstanding in the rooms and the rooms themselves are way better than any other hotels. We never stay.at any other place - this is our go to hotel. The staff make this amazing. RUDY is just beyond brilliant... he is professional and personable. Ximena and Angie are a credit to the hotel and go above and beyond normal service and Juan on reception is just wonderful.
