“Value for money!”
Good location. Polite and helpful staff. Great rooms with good space. Lovely rooftop pool. If I was to visit cebu city again it will be with lex.

My wife and I stayed at the Lex for our 4 nights in Cebu. The staff were the best we have met in years, very helpful, friendly and always happy to answer any question we had. “Fourth of July”
Things don't work or barley work. Telephone was out and we had to use WhatsApp. If I knew it was Best Western I would have stayed somewhere else because they are mediocre in the U.S. and can't imagine them better overseas.
