Introduction and Location The Quest Hotel is ideally located next to the Ayala Shopping Centre, which is a very convenient place to stay for both business and leisure travelers. Its proximity to a variety of shops, dining options, and entertainment venues makes it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Cebu. Staff Service What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional quality of the staff, who consistently go above and beyond to assist guests. For instance, Ethan at the Concierge desk took the time to arrange express boat tickets for our group to travel to Bohol. In the dining room, the server John and the manager Job were exceptionally accommodated and assisted in organizing a dinner reception for my group of 20 guests. Of course, there were other servers and managers in the dining area who provided exceptional service. Additionally, the two trainees (always well dressed, smiling and pleaant) in front of the the reception desk were always approachable and eager to help with any inquiries. IT and Security Support The IT staff was always prompt and helpful in trying to solve the poor internet connections plaguing my stay as well. Although the internet connection had many issues during my visit, the IT team did their best to resolve them promptly. Furthermore, the assistants an the entrance and the security guards were always polite and helpful, assisting me with my mobility impairments and ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my stay. Overall Impression All in all, this is the third time I have stayed at the Quest Hotel, and I plan to stay there on all my future visits to Cebu. While some major improvement could be made regarding the reliability of the internet connection, the outstanding service from the staff and the hotel's convenient location make it my top choice in the area.

Every time I come to Cebu with our family, we stay in the Quest Hotel and Conference Center. No doubt about it. It’s location is only a 6min. walk to the Ayala Mall; it’s friendly, accommodating and competent staff who makes us feel VIPs, it’s comfortable accommodations especially my favorite mersmerizing corner room ; it’s addictive breakfast Asian/Continental buffet especially the authentic Filipino dishes awakens many childhood memories. We experienced a very smooth check-in process last 2/5 and 2/14, 2026 through the expertise of Ms. Helena Nicolle Wenceslao. She did an extra mile to make our memorable stay possible. Your exceptional service is more than noteworthy. Thank you. Mr. Christian at the restaurant took care of our family needs quite skillfully and amiably. Thank you. I would like to encourage the Concierge team to be more focused on contacting the hotel guests regarding their delivered packages. I wasn’t informed last 2/20 that a family member delivered a perishable food specialty, a “farvel” gift for me. I checked-out 2/21 so this item was fetched again by the giver. Zero sugar softdrinks other than Coca-Cola Zero are most desired f. ex. Sprite Zero, Fanta Zero and 7-up Zero. Thank you. This addition will make health conscious guests and Diabetics feel very much welcomed in your establishment.

My Family and I stayed at this hotel last March 11,2026 and, unfortunately, we were not entirely satisfied with our room. The air conditioning was not very cold, and the room itself felt small. We also reported an issue with the water heater, which was not producing adequately hot water. Additionally, the internet connection was quite poor during our stay. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent—very close to Ayala Mall Cebu. The staff, including the front desk team and security guards, were very welcoming and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant despite the room issues.
