“Surely they can do better?”
The reception staff are excellent liars. We requested a ground floor unit as I have a bad back and find it hard to walk up stairs. They told us that all ground floor units are booked. “Quarantine Stay, safe, clean and quite place.”
Spend some time in the hotel during my 7days quarantine period. Food served was nice. My room were clean and had a small terrace on it. I am on the second floor, theres no elevator in the hotel yet hotel staffs are very much willing to help you assist in your luggages.
