Another great stay Score Birds with exception to a couple smaller issues. Wonderful staff, front desk, food and beverage and of course housekeeping. Rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. Food was for the most part outstanding- special mention the Pork Chop special served weekly as well as the Chicken Curry. Spent nearly 50k php food and beverages, so not the cheepiest around but pretty competitive/comparable to other restaurants in the area. You get a nice discount 15% for booking directly, paying cash at the hotel. Stayed for nearly 3 weeks. One thing that surprised me was I needed a 2 hour late checkout on our final day and had to pay an additional 1000 php, a first for me at any stay in the PH.

Second time here and its a Very nice place, staff fantastic nice and helpful,nice location nice cool swimmingpool,roomservice 24 hours good food,wifi little bit weak sometimes but ok,bed was very soft and nice, but its something i cant blame the hotel for,its the loud sounds from the road outside with lots and lots of tricycles and motobikes who come and go with full throttle all night seems this road is the main road to entry of walking street so every rides this way,but earplugs and some beers in your head and its ok and a tip to the manager the "make up room sign" is falling down when little windy so the cleaning staff dont know if its dont disturb OR make up room,happened to me twice so my room was not cleaned,just for notice Otherwise highly recommended from me,i give it a 5

“Overall, a decent stay.”

The rooms are a bit on the small side even though I booked a Deluxe Room. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well enough. Also, the minibar was well-stocked. The rooms are a bit on the small side even though I booked a Deluxe Room. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well enough. Also, the minibar was well-stocked. My only grievance was the fact the hotel was a bit tired and my wall actually let in water during a storm but thankfully it wasn't near my clothes or any wiring or devices. Also the gym had only one exercise bike and could do with more cardiovascular equipment like a cross trainer, treadmill, etc. In terms of value, it's not the best, since you can get better maintained and more modern places for less. That said, the location is excellent and right in the heart of the action. The hotel staff were excellent and very friendly and attentive throughout my stay. They quickly learned my name, which was a pleasant touch.

“Very happy”

Great stay. Friendly and caring staff. Some rooms are nearly sound proof and others near the road very noisy so ask about that at checkin. All rooms are smoking,but the staff uses a product that removes nearly all odor. Execellent security. Great access to Walking Street. Very happy!
