“Consistently Excellent Food”
When ever I stay at Clark I make a point of eating here. Excellent food be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Visited for dinner and breakfast on this visit. “Great Big Fead, Eat here.”
Great big meals. The menu is huge. Certainly not fine dining but eat here when you want a hefty hearty meal. I and various mates have eaten here over 10 times. “Excellent steaks!”
Steaks are “prime Australian beef” (from website). The chef knows what he’s doing: good sear with a little char, tender, juicy, pink in the middle and well seasoned.
