“Understaffed”
The toilet in the room had a funky smell so we had to leave while they clean the room. I think they are understaffed. Location wise is amazing. We got a room with view of Mt. Mayon. “Average experience”
The room is great and spacious but the breakfast buffet is kinda not satisfying, there are a lot of choices but it was all cold and slow in refilling food. Some staff are inattentive and insensitive in terms of giving service
