We recently stayed at Diamond Hotel Manila with family and members of our MADDOX REAL ESTATE team, and overall we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Our bags were quickly handled, and the check-in process was smooth. Upon arriving at our assigned room, however, we discovered it had not been cleaned after the previous guest. The bed was unmade, and the room was clearly not ready. To the hotel’s credit, the concierge team responded immediately, made a few calls, and quickly arranged a replacement room for us on a higher premium floor. Our family stayed on the 10th floor, while members of our team occupied additional rooms on the 23rd floor. Overall, everyone seemed pleased with their accommodations. One of our team members did notice mildew on the underside of a bath mat, which is something I would not expect from a five-star property. While it wasn’t a major issue and certainly didn’t ruin the stay, it is an area where housekeeping could pay closer attention. The pool and pool bar were definite highlights of the property. We also spent time at Bar 27, which offered a relaxing atmosphere, great drinks, and enjoyable entertainment. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and engaging, and many were happy to participate while we filmed content for our travel channel. The breakfast buffet was very good, especially when arriving earlier in the morning. On one day, we came down around 9:30 AM and found some items running low and not quite as fresh as we would have expected. While breakfast was ending in 30 minutes, I believe guests should still receive the same quality experience until closing time. That said, when I mentioned it to a staff member, she immediately offered to bring fresh items directly to our table. The following morning we arrived at 7:30 AM, and the difference was noticeable—the selection was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. The made-to-order omelets were particularly excellent. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the atmosphere throughout the hotel was inviting, and the staff consistently delivered warm and professional service. While there are a few housekeeping details that could be improved, they were outweighed by the positive aspects of our stay. We stayed here previously and chose to return, and we will absolutely stay at Diamond Hotel Manila again on future visits to the Philippines.

Private room at the front is great. See everyone walk by yet have the quietness of a private room and no outside noise or disturbances. PS doing the review for free coffee also. Win win. Easy parking outside in the side road. Validate inside at the hotel. Didn’t stay in hotel so not sure about rooms.
