“Great service, beyond expectation”
Stayed from Oct 4-6, 2025. As always, staff were pleasant and welcoming. They waived my late check out fee due to an emergency on my part. ( what a consideration! ) Special mention to FO and Hskp team. Even the Security assisted us with our luggage Thank you GoHotel Otis team!

“Best room assignment and professional staff”
Ms. Nikka of Front Office always welcomes us by name. Very couteous and helpful aswell. She assigned us our best room with a window so far 5033. My request for this type of room has always been granted. Thank you Nikka, keep up the excellent job!

“Best Go Hotel branch I've been to”
Clean place. Hallways are wide and well lit unlike other Go Hotels I have been to. Place is right above the mall which gives you plenty of options for food.
