“Nice, spacious, comforting”
The rooms were more spacious than I expected, and the service was prompt whenever needed. The noise level was generally low since we were on the tenth floor, though I could occasionally hear people from the penthouse using the pool.

“PRIVATO HOTEL”
Overall customer service was good. The room was comfortable. However the breakfast selection was limited and many of the dishes were the same everyday. There should be more tables allocated for breakfast.
