We got 4 two bedroom suites as we have 16 adults and 4 kids (ages 12 and below). Actually, they do have a sofa bed which could house at least 5 or 6 adults (i suggest they add to the limit of the number of guests per room as the room is spacious enough anyways. The following tips may be helpful to enjoy a hassle free stay at Shaw Residenza - make sure you booking in advance and send all the ID's to their email: Shaw Residenza Front Desk <frontdesk@shawresidenzasuites.com>. They usually answer quickly and Ms. Razel, Annalyn, Grace and Iris had all been helpful and prompt - the plus side of booking with Shaw Res is you pay at the hotel which I super appreciate as always pay in cash and since i don't use credit cards to make sure i don't spend beyond my earnings - Please read on the house rules. They are really strict with the guests. - A security deposit of 3,000 per room in cash is required but you can easily refund on check out provided nothing was damaged/lost. - The AC takes awhile to cool so it would be nice if Shaw Res staff could already turn on the ACs before guests arrive specially during summer days - Get the room facing the city, it has a better view than the rooms at the back facing other units as you can see each other. - Smoking area at the 7th floor, open 24/7 but kinda eerie as the lights are audio sensored so make sure your hands are free to clap to turn lights on in the hallway. Unfortunately, in the smoking area, it's kinda dark so leaving a single light on wld be appreciated. - Sauna, kiddie pool, adult pool, gym are all on the 7th floor. I just wish the guests would stop roaming around wet as the floors tend to be slippery. Caution though as they have no lifeguard so make sure to attend to your kids. - No induction cooker and rice cooker people staying less than two nights, however, since we got 4 rooms, they kindly allowed one rice cooker for all 4 units which i am thankful - Location is great as you have lots of restaurants like Gerry's Grill and grocery right in front of the condo - Room assistants like bryan are also extremely helpful in setting up net flicks - TVs are kinda old but functional - Most of the appliances like Ref and AC are substandard so extra care in using them shld be applied - They do have complete utensils for eating so you need not bring disposables. In fact, they even provided dishwashing liquids so no reason to leave dirty plates on the sink (which is btw, one of the house rules to clean as you go) - They got two huge trash bins for wet and dry goods which i appreciate as well - Food deliveries are allowed all the way to the rooms - Be careful in going up and down the stairs specially when you are on the heavy side - Toiletries available only for two people even if you paid for 4 occupants but there's two toilet and baths so that is also super appreciated - Nice and huge dining and receiving area so lots of space even for extra people - If you have more than 4 adults, you pay for 500 per head for excess adults staying on beyond 10 pm - No TV in the bedrooms though - Parking is 200 per car overnight. But then again, other condos charge even more - Check out is a breeze if you call them to warn them you are coming down.

“Awesome Service”

Staff are very friendly and they served quickly. The ambiance is so pretty. All the desserts looks and tastes good. Highly Recommended . I love how the branch was set up. The decors looks pretty sick. i will be back.

“Eerie Atmosphere”

Our Team Lead booked for an overnight stay last Nov. 9. We are a group of 13 people and there were 2 rooms booked in case many would decide to stay for the night. Our Team Lead booked for an overnight stay last Nov. 9. We are a group of 13 people and there were 2 rooms booked in case many would decide to stay for the night. For those not staying for the night, they to check out at 10PM. Only 6 of us stayed. So in 1 suite, there's 4 of us for 2 BR. However, my room mate and I got spooked whenwe discovered there's a huge mirror on the foot of our bed. So we went to the other room with 2 of our colleagues and decided to sleep there. The hallway lights flicker everytime. We were on 17th floor. I hope they inspect regularly which light bulbs needs to be replaced so the place would not harbor that kind of ambiance.
